- Give a tour of the workplace and introduce them to key personnel in each department. Explain any security protocols you have in your company building.
- Introduce your new employees to a colleague in the department they will be working with who can act as a mentor during their first few weeks on the job. The mentor must be available for questions, and train them on certain aspects of the responsibilities the new employees will do.
