What is a Band Performance Contract

A band performance contract is a written agreement between a band and the organizer of a show or concert that states that the band will perform in a particular event, venue, and date. The contract includes information such as elaborate details of the show, how the band can prepare for their performance, and when the organizer will pay the band for their services. It also states other repercussions both parties can face if any of them doesn’t do what they are supposed to deliver.

Details to Include in a Band Performance Contract

1. Name and Contact Information of Both Parties
