What Is an Influence Contract?

An influencer contract is a legally binding agreement between the influencer and their client. If you are an influencer with a fixed rate for your services, it is better to state it in the contract so both parties will know how much they would need to pay and how much you are expecting to receive after finishing the project. If the client wishes for you to advertise them live on multiple social media and other mass media channels (aside from the initial advertisement contract), you could also state how much you want to be paid per appearance and tour (if this is applicable).

There are various clauses that you can write down such as unmet obligations, bad service, unpaid benefits during the campaign, breach of contract, illegal disclosure of information, and many others.
