2. Write Down Your Order Form Details

Decide which information fields from your customers do you need to include on your order form and how many you will include.  Make sure to only collect relevant information, and don’t make the questions too long. If you’re not sure what to put, here are some customer information you need to obtain for the delivery order to come through:

• Name of the customer
• Contact information (mobile number or email)
• Address
